Acupuncture

Acupuncture treatment takes about 60 minutes.  During the treatment, extremely fine needles will be inserted into various body locations and left in place for about 30 minutes.

You can prepare for the treatment better by following these guidelines:

  1.  Make sure you do not come with empty stomach or too full of a stomach as you may become nauseous and dizzy.
  2.  Wear comfortable clothes that can be removed easily.
  3.  Alcohol, heavy physical exercise and sex are to be avoided for about 24 hours after the acupuncture treatment.

Herbal Medicine

You can get natural herbal remedies in tablet, powdered, or tinctured form carefully selected and customized to your specific needs.
The herbal prescriptions I prepare are specific to your unique symptoms and signs. There are many over-the-counter herbs and supplements which claim to treat many diseases but they are general remedies which address general symptoms, but may not necessarily give you the desired outcome. Furthermore the possibility of side effects will increase if one supplement is taken for a long time as it accumulates in the body and may interact with other prescription or non-prescription drugs/supplements you are taking. I carefully go ovr all your medications and supplements, and make sure there are no interactions between them.
